The Cinnaminson project delivered six new affordable homes developed in partnership with a local non-profit that secured site control and initial approvals. PHNX was engaged after the project had stalled, financing issues had emerged, and a tight deadline put completion at risk.

PHNX quickly took a leadership role, providing critical gap financing to bridge funding delays and directly managing site preparation, including excavation and utility installation. Leveraging longstanding relationships with trusted subcontractors, PHNX mobilized crews and completed all site work in under four weeks, allowing vertical construction to proceed without interruption.

Through focused coordination, resource deployment, and hands-on management, PHNX completed construction and secured Certificates of Occupancy for all six homes — delivering the full project in just six months.
