Located in Paterson’s 4th Ward, the Harrison Street project delivered eight new affordable homes as part of the city’s broader redevelopment plan to expand access to quality homeownership. Developed in collaboration with a local non-profit housing organization, the project advances long-term goals around affordability, neighborhood revitalization, and community stability in one of New Jersey’s most housing-constrained cities.

PHNX led the project’s design and construction strategy, leveraging its modular construction expertise to deliver housing efficiently in a dense urban setting. A comprehensive logistics, sequencing, and staging plan was developed to manage modular deliveries, crane operations, and site access—ensuring safety, reducing neighborhood disruption, and keeping the build on schedule.
